I so want to make a true recycled house like this.
There are tons of unused industrial materials that need to be recycled; such as unused sections of highway and buildings, industrial warehouse parts, old trucks and buses, etc.
The funniest thing to me is that people focused on sustainable building will make up some ‘sensible’ reason not use these materials, when the main reason is that they don’t ‘look’ sustainable.
The thing is recycling is sustainable because otherwise this stuff just fills landfills.
Get it together folks.
