I love this new NYCGO website designed by ALLCAPS.
They really made a site to complement the new fat NYC branding that is slowly taking over the city.
The site itself has a lot of great functionality and is really a useful resource.
What I like the most is the clean information architecture and focused design, while not reducing either functionality or visual quality.
Pretty slick.
